In this short term vacation rental condo remodel project, the focus was to update and brighten the space. The kitchen layout was reconfigured to eliminate a peninsula that cut off the kitchen from the main living area. The furniture in living room was refreshed to include extra sleeping in a seating configuration that was more in scale to the room. Starr Design Studio Group was able to coordinate the remodel so the client lost minimum days in rental income. The condo remodel resulted in an increased daily rental rate as well as increased nightly bookings. An overall smart investment!
One of the big advantages of a custom home is creating a space that is unique to your lifestyle and family’s needs. This new construction custom home kept the design simple and modern with a natural palette of green and brown to mimic the outdoors. Some custom features included in this home were a dog wash, a focus fireplace in the main living area for extended family to gather and a wet bar with shelving and refrigeration.
